Interval training session last night, with a twist this time using the incline setting on the treadmill to increase the incline from 1% to 3%. At increasingly faster paces. 10K, 5k, 1mile, and celebration pace.
No stopping in between reps just slowing down to a jog, and 3 sets.
I have to admit it was brutal but afterwards it felt good to have completed it.
Bonus was I covered 5k in 21.12 minutes.
