2 weeks ago 200kg was my 1 rep max for squats...just nailed 3 singles on it! Physique phriday...skip if not interested in weight chat!

Like everyone else, I’ve put on a few kg during quarantine and this is what I currently look like. At my competition (March 15th) I weighed in at a dehydrated 55.1kg (121lbs, 8st9) and today I weighed 58.1kg (128lbs, 9st2). At least half of that is probably water and the other half is some combo of muscle and fat gain. Feeling a bit more jacked and pumped than I did, and a lot less hungry. Office workout day 2, like I said yesterday keeping it simple. Will try and do this everyday while working remotely from home as well as getting those miles in. O álcool é inflamável e não pode ser utilizado próximo ao fogo. Por isso, a SBD-RS orienta a população ao aumento da vigilância a estes acidentes, especialmente com as crianças.

Se isso acontecer, recomenda-se resfriar a região em água corrente fria por vários minutos💧. Lembrando que as queimaduras são divididas em 3 graus:

🔸1º grau:  atinge a camada mais superficial da pele e se traduz como uma lesão vermelha e dolorosa. A queimadura solar é um exemplo.
🔸2º grau: gera bolhas e muita dor. Pode gerar repercussões sistêmicas e causar cicatrizes, quando evolui com complicações.
🔸3º grau: acomete todas as camadas da pele, podendo chegar até aos ossos e gerar sérias deformidades.

You may not like it but this is what peak performance looks like.⠀

10 kilo up since August. Heaviest bodyweight ever & I’m pretty happy with how I look. No doubt there has been body fat added (face, arms & lower back taking a hit 😂) but that is to be expected. ⠀
⠀
If you are gonna make considerable body composition progress though you gotta be willing to put in the l̶a̶r̶d̶ hard yards. Going through times when you essentially look your worst so you can look your best is just part of the whole muscle gain/improve body composition journey. Every time I have done a decent gaining phase & kept body composition in check I have been rewarded once dieted down with more lean mass at a higher body weight.⠀

Staying lean & doing short gaining phases (less than 6 months) just doesn’t cut it if you are serious about making long term muscle gain progress.⠀
⠀
Will see where we go from here 🤓
