It is OK to be NOT OK.
Last week, I was a 1 out of 10 mentally and emotionally. This week, I've been better, but today, I had a meltdown when I saw how many people have lost their lives worldwide from the #Coronavirus . The grief and overwhelming heartache I felt for those lost and those left behind and what is to come was palpable. Mi madre, como siempre, was there to hug me and give me a sense of calm that I needed. After the moment, I did not have the energy or care to "hustle," "be a BOSS," "grind," "make money moves"… And you know what? On a regular day, that's OK. In THESE times, TAKE YOUR TIME to make sure you are OK in all areas. If you have the mind and energy to do all the things, do them, and celebrate! If you need to mentally decompress and get centered, do that.
YOU are important. YOU can do nothing if there is NO YOU to do all the things.
