To succeed at anything, you need to commit.
Doing the occasional workout and having protein shakes will NOT get you the results that you want.
Just like if you want to be leaner AND put more muscle on...trying to do both at the same time will likely lead to little success with either one.
You need to think about the longer goal and if you want to change something then you need to be all in.
Work towards one thing at at time and think about the bigger picture.
If you started cooking a meal but decided to stop half way through, it’s not going to finish itself - you won’t be able to enjoy the final result.
You HAVE to put in the work.
You have to train with intensity (once you have nailed form and execution) if you want to change the way that you look.
You need to assess your diet if you want to change your body composition.
These aren’t options and you can’t just pick and choose which ones you do.
