QUAD EXTENSIONS VARIATIONS
The first video is heels flexed, which will target the bottom of the quads (teardrop muscle). The second video is toes pointed, targeting the top of the quads!
Variations are so important, there are some people who don’t think variations are important. Here’s my take, perfecting the basics are good but not everyone is the same. We all have different body types. You may need to alter the workout to feel it more. Not saying you go extreme. It can be a simple as tweaking your feet positioning.
