217 to 209.8 MINI CUT OVER!!! Looks like my legs came alive after that flubber came off 
A bit late but mini cut is over and food is up and going in nicely.. my body seems to be blasting through the food so the mini cut reset has done its job 🔥
Strength is at all time highs and tbh I feel like I’m still making virgin gains with improvements and progression in lifts week in week out.. 👊🏻
Now it’s time to listen up and wait for JP to call the shots on when to push and what to push in... it seems very inviting to eat everything and push crazy now.. however this is my fat boy appetite speaking.. not my body’s needs talking 💪🏻
I’m very much looking forward to this push (bulk) so keep an eye out and see the changes that we make

What lies beneath the gaining phase...
I’ll be the first to admit, gaining weight is easy in theory, hard in practice. It’s the mental side where we struggle, and being able to think you’re adding muscle and not just fat. 
I felt like an absolute fat bastard on the left, sluggish, tired, and exhausted from how long the push up was. Fast forward to the picture on the right, near enough 50lbs lighter and 15lbs heavier than my last diet phase... was the gaining phase worth it? Well it worked didn’t it...? To anyone in a gaining phase, please remember the reason for it, TO GAIN. In my opinion, that phase is FAR more important to the goal of “bodybuilding” than the diet phase. They go hand in hand. So put your fucking all into it. Don’t forget your goal, and what it takes to get there, because EVERYONE knows how, but not everyone can do it. Keep that in your mind, every time you doubt yourself, that not everyone can do this... so keep fucking doing it and surpass the people that can’t.

Only did 2 resistance workouts last week with all the push biking and motocross, largely made it a cardio week 🤮.

Shoulders today and it made me realise I don’t take enough rest off of weights 🤯, I tell people all the time to rest and recover and end up neglecting myself by not taking my own advice 🙃. Felt powerful and full of energy, even working out in the blazing sun 🔥.

Ask yourself if you need to take some time out and let yourself recover, you might just thank yourself later on down the line... 💪🏼.
