Since all are important for a functionally balanced life, which one will you dedicate your energy on today?
For me, not much can get me out of bed on Sunday morning. Except maybe brunch 🍊 and some quality time with my loves! This means that on Sunday, I like to dedicate my energy on relationships and spirituality.
Sure, there may be work that needs to get done but this will only take a 1/4 of my pie so I can be more centred and in the moment.
