After a few nights of frequent waking and extra milk bottles I saw Nicci's post about using sleeping bags. We decided to dust off our sleeping bag and give it a bash again, we honestly thought he had outgrown it. It's still a good fit and he slept like a king. His wake ups were reduced 😁😁 as well as his milk bottles. Yay. We trusting for more successful nights, thanks to Nicci for her amazing advice.

Today we shine a light on the patent allegations that we were threatened with in December!

We hired a lawyer to review the threats they sent us and thier pending patent. You will not believe what they found!

Of course, the patent is still pending, and cannot be enforced until it is actually approved. However, our lawyer pointed out these additional issues with the patent as it currently stands.
It shows the patent is a LONG ways away from getting approved, if ever.

(1) the pending claims have been rejected by the Patent Office;
(2) an appeal is pending in the Patent Office, which could take years to resolve;
(3) any provisional patent rights are premised on issued claims being substantially identical to the currently rejected claims; and
(4) they have failed to disclose material prior art to the Patent Office, in violation of thier duty to disclose such prior art.

Preparations:

Boil a cup of water in a kettle or pot 
Wash the  Banana without peeling. 
Cut into two halves, 
Remove both its end and put in the boiling water. 
Let it boil for two minutes

Bring down and allow to cool.

Strain the tea, add the cinnamon, stir and drink.

Spicing it up with honey would be good as well to enhance the taste.

Daylight savings ends this coming weekend in NZ. The clocks go back on the 5th of April and while we feel like we get some extra sleep our babes don’t know any different and will continue on as if nothing has changed which can be tricky.
