🌟WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: as a runner🏃🏼‍♀️
Here’s yesterday’s full day of eats! Just a reminder that what I eat is what works for me and my body, and is not what works for everyone....I share these purely for inspo! Everyones bodies are different and require different things so it’s important to listen to your body! •
✨Breakfast- Smoothie bowl: base is frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, frozen strawberries, spinach, collagen, cinnamon and lactose free milk....topped with dates, pumpkin seeds, blueberries, shredded coconut and almond butter. I also had a glass of orange juice! ✨Lunch- Sushi bowl with jasmine rice, smoked salmon, avocado, cucumbers, lettuce, sushi ginger and coconut aminos....I also had a bowl of steamed carrots:) ✨Post lunch snack- some dark chocolate of course (i’ve been obsessed with trader joes chocolate lovers bar) ✨Dinner- Pork ribs, baby potatoes with butter, avocado and salt, sautéed zucchini and green beans, and of course more steamed carrots lol. I also had a little chicken from the grill ✨Night snack- Yogurt bowl with strawberries, a banana, dates, PB2 and honey. About an hour later I also had a bowl of lime grapes •
I hope you all enjoy the full day of eating! These are some of my favorite meals right now, I could literally eat smoothie bowls and sushi bowls on repeat😆 Fuel your body and don’t forget to get some fresh air today and enjoy the beautiful sunshine!! Love you guys💕

Still my fave protein 💘. Loaded with superfoods and a fibre mix to help with digestion, it’s safe for all ages and stages of life (as all protein should be!). I’ve been using it daily for the last 2.5 years and it’s become a winter fave as a hot chocolate 😋. This is one of my fave smoothie recipes and it can be made thicker into a smoothie bowl. Meet the GOLD HEARTED Smoothie Bowl!
🍯
DEats: ✎

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana 
1 cup frozen diced mangos
1 tbs dragon fruit powder @wildernesspoets 
1 cup frozen wild blueberries 
1/2 tsp cacao powder
1 tsp peanut butter powder
1 cup filtered water, adding more as needed 
1/2 cup almond milk

Toppings:
Cashew butter 
Cacao nibs 
Instructions:
Combine the banana and mango in a blender with half the water and almond milk, blending until smooth.
Pour 3/4 of this mixture in a bowl, set aside.
Add the blueberries, the dragon fruit powder, the cacao powder and the peanut butter powder to the 1/4 mango/ banana mixture and blend until smooth.
Pour this mixture into the bowl which was set aside and create the swirl to give you the beautiful blend of these two super delicious smoothies!! Serve with cashew butter and cacao nibs!! Enjoy!! xx

Last night, I made @nourishing.amy delicious double chocolate banana bread and oh my god was it amazing. Completely vegan, super rich and fudgy (hello chocolate chips and cocoa powder!), but also incredibly light. ⁣

And the best topping? Couldn't say no to some of our banilla NICE CREAM 🍌. It goes really well with cakes and brownies and it has a lovely banana and vanilla flavour to it. I then also added some @sweetfreedomuk chocolate sauce and cacao nibs, because why not.⁣

Genuinely, this is such an indulgent yet light treat, it's amazing. Perfect for these sunny days and after a BBQ ☀️⁣

And what about a #smoothie in the ananas bowl?
Like you know already I really like the colours and I always use plenty of them.
So on this morning’s menu I have this amazing Dubaliella Salina (yellow) and Butterfly pea flower (purple) smoothies.
For the #smoothiebowls I used:
- 2 frozen bananas
- few cubes of frozen mango
- 1/2 glass of almond milk
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2 tea spoon of dunalliela Salina and butterfly pea flower from @rawnice (if you want to get yours with 15% of discount use the code “healthylifestyle_ls15”)
- some berries.
