2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp of Chile Guajillo Powder
1 tbsp Chile de Arbol Powder
1 tsp sea salt
1️⃣Heat a dry frying pan over a medium heat
2️⃣Add the pumpkin seeds, as the pumpkin seeds warm up they will start to puff, some will pop—this is normal!
3️⃣Shake the pan a few times to get even toasting for approx. 3-4 minutes until they brown
4️⃣Remove from heat and stir in olive oil, salt, and chilli powder
5️⃣Once cool, place into a jar - 45 seconds ago
