These imperfect pears, bought weeks ago at the farmers market with the best intentions, had certainly seen better days.
So I steamed them in a bit of white wine, a tbsp of sugar, cinnamon  and a couple of star anis. 
A perfect dessert last night with a bit of coconut cream on the side. 
I'll have some more this morning with my farken certified organic, bloody fair trade, Ying Yang Hippie Muesli. Because I am beautiful on the inside and the temple of my physical being is totally worth it!

Hace tiempo observamos un creciente miedo al consumo de harinas y sobre todo pastas, la realidad es que ningu虂n alimento es malo o nocivo en si mismo,  el problema puede existir cuando  hacemos mal uso o abuso de ellos. Las pastas son buenas para incorporar energi虂a en tu plan al igual que muchos otros alimentos como los granos , legumbres, y otros cereales o panificados. Hoy te queremos mostrar una receta por que entendemos que prepararlas en tu casa tiene muchi虂simas ventajas:
馃憠馃徎Mas econo虂micas馃挵.

馃憠馃徎Ma虂s nutritivas 馃敟 (lo que a nosotros nos interesa). En este caso preparamos una masa con cu虂rcuma y otra con espinaca por lo siguiente:

馃憠馃徎La cu虂rcuma es un excelente antioxidante, con propiedades que mejoran el sistema inmune y la regulacio虂n de los niveles de glucosa en sangre ademas que podri虂a contribuir a prevenir el desarrollo de tumores y favorecer procesos reuma虂ticos o inflamatorios.

馃憠馃徎La Espinaca es ideal (Popeye la preferi虂a) y nosotros tambie虂n, le agrega a tus pastas una buena fuente de fibra insoluble, hierro y vitamina K contribuyendo al transito intestinal.

馃憠馃徎Otra opcio虂n posible es cambiar una parte de la harina por harina integral, lo que mejorari虂a muchi虂simo su aporte de fibra, vit y min.
