- 1 cup (90 g) oat flour (pulverized oats)
- 2/3 cup (160 ml) coconut milk - 1/2 (65 g) banana - 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- Frozen berries - Nut butter (e.g. almond butter, cashew butter,..)

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork, add all other ingredients and stir with a whisk for about 3 min.
Heat a little coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Spoon some of the batter into the hot pan and cook the pancake on low to medium from both sides until golden brown.
