Worked out in the “Be Bold” Leggings this AM and Finally picked up these @squatbottomsactivewear leggings today which means it’s going to be a printing night/day with orders to fill, package and ship. One day I’ll have an assistant. 
Till then  I’ll keep going and I’ll keep working on myself mentally, emotionally. 
The physical  just comes with putting the 🏋🏻‍♂️💪🏼 work In daily.

SUPERCOMPENSAZIONE

Con l’allenamento sottoponiamo l’organismo a degli stimoli che inducono una variazione dell’equilibrio dei processi e delle funzioni dell’organismo, e questo equilibrio viene definito OMEOSTASI.
Il corpo viene sottoposto ad uno “stress“ che inizialmente crea un calo di performance, mentre successivamente, durante il recupero, l’organismo si adatta ad un livello superiore per far fronte ad altri eventuali stimoli.
L’adattamento porta dunque ad un miglioramento della condizione di partenza, e nel caso di un allenamento intenso, l’organismo per un breve lasso di tempo supera l’equilibrio e si trova in uno stato fisico migliore. 
La somministrazione di uno stimolo allenante di sufficiente durata e intensità (overload training) induce una diminuzione delle capacità prestative dell’organismo (già durante l’applicazione dello stimolo stesso) alla quale fa seguito, grazie agli adattamenti messi in atto dall’organismo nella fase di recupero, non solo una riacquisizione (COMPENSAZIONE) delle capacità prestative iniziali, ma anche il superamento di tali capacità (SUPERCOMPENSAZIONE).
