Why do I film like this hahahaha.

Forget the squat, I think this a new PB for how potato a video looks when I put it online ffs haha. Swear it looks fine when I film it

Very happy with how squats went on my testing day on Friday. 
Hit 205, 13kg over my comp max. About time. I squatted 185 at the end of 2017. I've finally made some significant progress on this lift. Don't ask me what I was doing for so long ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜ฌ Moreso than the kilo gains, I am proud of the quality of the reps. 205 looked pretty much identical to 185 in terms of technique. Finally got squats to click these past 6 months.

Cheers to @postmanpotts for guiding me through my cut. At the lightest I have been since 2018 but much stronger!

Today 6x165lb felt pretty light ngl. Awhile ago, my right knee was feeling kinda funky during my squats so I gave up squats for a few weeks.
