..so, I might have some exciting news 😁..
I've been keeping a secret..
One of those, too good to be true, don't want to share till it's real kind of things..
Back in the Winter I was reached out to by Greg Peterson of The Urban Farm Podcast @urbanfarmphx
I'd found the podcast & had listened for about a week straight before looking them up on Instagram & stalking, liking & commenting the heck out of them.
I guess with all the activity, Greg checked me out, put together that I was involved with a Farmers' Market & reached out.
We scheduled an episode about Farmers' Markets 😁
I read & took notes on all the literature I had, gathered notes on thoughts for answers.. & yeah, ended up printing it in an absolutely miniscule font so most of the episode was organic haha.. unfortunate for the exact food selling requirements part, but I tried, just refer to the application package & ask us ☺️😋
I've had time to stew & be nervous about it all since the recording.. it's fun though, maybe hopefully inspirational 😊
We talk about Farmers' Market stuff, becoming a food vendor & how the Market builds community.
We also spend a bit of time talking about entrepreneurialism, doing what you love, finding your why, going for it! We need this now more than ever! You're home right now?.. with or without a job? Take some time to reflect. What can you do? What have you always wanted to do? What does the World need from you right now & going forward? We need our entrepreneurs & we need to be supporting local, supporting them.
But so anyways, hah, if you're looking for something to do with the slower days, feel free to not only check out my episode, but All of Greg's episodes!
Personally, hahaha, I'm allllllmost through them all, been listening for a while now.. mine makes episode 565 (including his bonus episodes). They're Incredible! Even with that many episodes, new fabulous info in every one!
Stay healthy friends.
Stay inspired & creative.
Grow food & observe the bees.
Be & do you.
& know that you can make a difference, big or small 💕
