This is a dish made with bhetki (indian snapper) stir fried with soy and green chilli sauce .
Super delicious food with minimal ingredients and quick to make.
1. Bhetki fish boneless fillets
3. Cornstarch amd refined flour
4. Ginger garlic and green chilli
5. Bell peppers
6. Onion petals
7. Soy sauce
8. Chilli sauce
9. Salt and pepper.
So start with marinating the fish . Add 1 egg, 1tsp flour and cornstarch , soy and chilli sauce, salt and pepper mix well and leave for 10-15 mins.
Now deep fry the fish and strain the excess oil.
Now take a pan and add oil and heat it till smoking hot . Then add garlic , ginger and chilli ( finely chopped) to the pan and stir well . Then add the onions and bell peppers and stir for 2-3 mins then add the fish and give it a toss and finally add in the sauces and dust with salt and pepper.
Note : take care for salt because soy also has alot of salt.
2. The flame of the burner should be constantly on high.
