Self isolation Calisthenics beginner Upper Body 💪🏻 Because we all have limited access to weights -  Calisthenics is great way how to build strength and make some gains. 
My main focus on today’s training was scooping my shoulder blades so I will stop rounding my shoulders forward while doing pull-ups and press-up. This will prevent me from (mainly) shoulder injury as I am engaging the right muscles.

Je profite de ce post pour vous faire un retour sur l’application développée par @flex.stronger , vous permettant d’accéder aux données cinétiques et cinématiques mesurées par l’appareil. Globalement, je suis très satisfait de l’interface, dont la prise en main se fait de manière rapide et intuitive. Ce que j’apprécie particulièrement et l’affichage clair, lisible et épuré, qui permet d’avoir accès aux informations les plus importantes en un coup d’oeil. C’est là un élément essentiel de l’intégration de feedbacks augmentés dans l’entrainement, où trop d’informations tue l’information. Là, en un coup d’oeil vous pouvez jauger la vitesse de la répétition que vous venez d’effectuer, et vous êtes informé du pourcentage de gain ou de perte de vitesse par rapport à la répétition précédente. La possibilité d’avoir une annonce vocale des vitesses de barre est également clairement un plus. Pendant vos récupérations, il est possible de consulter l’évolution des différents paramètres mesurés (force, puissance, vitesse, déplacement et trajectoire de barre) à l’échelle de l’entrainement. Ce que je trouve utile pour s’informer de la tendance générale. Enfin, petit détail mais qui à finalement sont utilité, vous pouvez programmer vos récupérations entre vos séries directement sur l’app. Ce qui permet de ne pas avoir à switcher sur une autre partie de votre téléphone. Già basta veramente poco per essere produttivi, una sessione allenante può essere composta da pochi esercizi se scelti con criterio. 
Gli allenamenti più efficienti ed efficaci sono quelli che reclutano la massima quantità di muscoli con il minor numero di esercizi, minimizzando le cose superflue
Basiamoci sugli schemi motori principali
Riguardo l’allenamento per la forza e la massa muscolare
• sono movimenti multiarticolari
• fanno lavorare più di un muscolo o gruppo muscolare
• facilitano l’uso di carichi relativamente pesanti, cosa che provoca forti tensioni muscolari
• richiedono un livello relativamente alto di energia
In poche parole, inducono una notevole rottura omeostatica, cosa fondamentale se il nostro obiettivo è essenzialmente apportare cambiamenti al corpo.
