▫️Cómo me alimento durante la menstruacion?  Varios días antes de la menstruacion nos sentimos raras, muchas veces sabemos que ya nos va a bajar porque nos ponemos sentimentales o todo nos fastidia. Sentimos debilidad y cansancio. Queremos pasar todo el día en la cama y no pensamos nisoquiera en ehjercitarnos.
También sentimos que todo nos queda apretado por lo hinchada que estamos. 
Todo gracias a cambios hormonales propios de esta etapa menstrual  Pero de qué manera podemos controlar todo este caos?

También afecta positiva o negativamente nuestra periodo menstrual. ▫️ALIMENTOS QUE SI DEBEMOS CONSUMIR. ✔️FRIJOLES:por su alto contenido en fibra reduce el estrñimiento ✔️VERDURAS: son ricas en magnesio y potasio alivia y proviene los espasmos. ✔️TE: que sea sin cafeína para aliviar las náuseas ✔️AGUA: aumentar eso consumo ayuda a equilibrar la retención de líquidos
✔️YOGUR: contiene cultivos vivos y activos de bacterias y promueven a una digestión saludable ▫️ALIMENTOS QUE DEBERÍAMOS EVITAR. ✔️LA CAFEINA:deshidrata el cuerpo

Every night at 1am it’s always something. Thanks to Alina & @loversinfilm for sharing some much needed #humor /#humour . #Stress got you not feeling like yourself lately? #singing and #dancing really help lighten the mood when things look bleak. Nothing like getting back to yourself with a few belts and awesome dance moves. So long as you are happy and passionate, lost in the #music, the moves you do are awesomely amazing and yes, sometimes even sexy because it’s that confidence shining through. You do you ❤️✅

I firmly believe that when something is wrong in our bodies it’s not JUST our diet, it’s not JUST our workout schedule, it’s not JUST our sleep quality, it’s not JUST our stress; it’s everything. .

Difficult times really help us to see what we normally take for granted. Our ability to move around freely, spend time with friends and family, the NHS and all the key workers who are keeping things moving, working and most importantly saving lives. When our freedom is  compromised we learn to take pleasure in the small joy's of life, the warm sun on our skin, the food we eat, our health. We learn to take nothing for granted and we understand the true meaning of gratitude. When we connect to gratitude and what it means on a deep level, we become so much happier and this not only supports our mental health but also our physical health. Spend time each day reflecting on what you are grateful for and support your health with a positive mind.
