Muy pero muy contento con este logro, la verdad no tenía pensado hacer algo como esto, pero terminé con unas ganas de ir con todo.
Mejorar mi Deadlift es mejorar con otras herramientas y comprar la trap bar fue y seguiré diciendo que es una excelente herramienta auxiliar para mejorar tus debilidades.
Estuve trabajando con frecuencia 1 de espalda y después de 4 semanas de trabajo realmente duró, se consiguió un gran volumen, se que faltó mejorar la subida pero es la primera vez que lo intento.
Tener una ambición y hambre de ir por más pero sin lesiones, que no quiero caer, el mes que viene volvemos con la barra normal y se viene plataforma de levantamiento 💪🏻

Just messing with some lightweight sumo. I always try to incorporate sumo deads into my lifting sessions but I kind of push it to the back burner
Also, I am in love with my garage gym 🤭 gyms are opening back up here but I'm just gonna chill for a bit. It's nice having my own little gym and not being told what I can and can't do

Finally have enough weight to actually test some things. 425 and 505 @8, both ~90% of all time bests. Have some work to do but not in a bad spot at all. Might push some rep PRs in the next month.

While pubmed is a great tool to use to search for scientific literature, there are a lot of studies out there that aren’t as trustworthy as most people like to believe⁣

Whether it be publication bias, poorly defined end-points, low power, statistical issues, or other study flaws - we need to maintain a healthy degree of skepticism whenever we encounter a research abstract, and READ THE PAPER IN FULL⁣ before we jump to conclusions

Still, if you know what to look for, it’s not too hard to determine whether the results of a study are likely incorrect⁣

Some basic things to look for include moderate to large effect sizes, p-values well below 0.05, plausible biological mechanisms, and results that agree with prior data⁣

Our gym just picked up some rogue calibrated kilo weights! Me and my training partners were the first to play with them, i think... anyways, if anyone that has ever paid attention to my deadlift im a power/jerk puller and i have noticed that it has brung my deadlift way down especially after my 2nd back surgery! Today i worked on pulling smooth and just letting my hips and hammies do the work! And i think i may have figured it out! The first video is my 3rd set of 585 lbs second video was my final set of 2,000 sets of deadlifts at 510 lbs and the damage it has done to my hand! Either way, great training day!
