I’m actually really proud of myself. I’ve always hated running.... line even in infants, a game of tag/it/had was NOT my idea of fun. And I continued to tell myself ‘I hate running’ all the way into adulthood.
Today I started week 9 of #couchto5k and ran for half an hour non-stop. That’s a first. There were bits I found hard, but I genuinely didn’t hate them. The weather was a bit poo... but I actually wanted to go out and do my run. I’m proud of that change.
