How I time block my day… quarantine version!🤣If you’re feeling stuck and unable to stick to a routine during this difficult time… try TIME BLOCKING!
Breakfast: lately I’ve been back on my yogurt bowl train🍓: Greek yogurt + fruit + unsweetened coconut flakes + chia seeds + nut butter
Emails: between grad school, @paiges_plates and @ggfiber … emails can build up in very little time. I like dedicating a chunk of the early morning to cleaning up my inboxes before the day begins.
Social Accounts: As many of you know I help out with @ggfiber ’s social media in addition to my own platform on @paiges_plates. These two accounts have become so important to me. With the extra time I’ve had on my hands, I’ve been taking advantage of collaboration opportunities and projects for both accounts.👍This time chunk is crucial day-to-day to help me stay on track and get things done!
ELMSCN: Entry-Level Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition program… fancy words for grad school📚Since my clinical rotations are on hold, our program has been working hard on giving us assignments to keep us busy. This week I had renal nutrition simulations, and I’m looking forward to health and wellness projects coming next.
Lunch: big salad + @badabeansnacks OR high-fiber wrap with turkey + cheese, always carrots, TJ lentil curls and @ithacahummus 🍋on the side.
Workout: I’ve honestly been loving my at-home workouts. My favorites are @alphafitclub strength training, @rachaelsgoodeats circuits and @lexhirschberg ’s core power yoga sculpt classes💪🏻Also on the nicer days I’ve been running outside.
Snack: @ggfiber pizzas, @upliftfood smoothie or @imbuilt bar lately!
Dinner: Whether it be @nutcrumbs chicken parm, #tacotuesday , @eatbanza lasagna, take-out and more… I’ve been having a blast getting back in the kitchen to help my family out!
ME TIME: this can vary between the above activities (checking emails, social accounts, school work, etc). But when that is all done, I love having 1-2 hours at night to watch TV, catch up on @themorningtoast , read and listen to podcasts (my favorites: @wemetatacme , @alixturoff_rd , @girlsgottaeatpodcast & @its.unorthodox 👏🏻 - 18 minutes ago
