Workout complete: 100 burpees, 20 HIIT sprints and a bunch of tyre-flips and sledgehammers. ‘Fitness is your responsibility’ my coach @johndonehuejj suggests that I need to put in effort out side of class if I want to see significant improvements.
If I don’t work, I may stagnate.
