Both were part of my WBC routine in Seoul 🇰🇷. My concept was about Ultimate Freshness 🍊 🍇🍑🥭🥂. For me, freshness is one essential factor of speciality coffee. Therefore I wanted to highlight the unique attributes of super fresh coffee. Normally it is difficult to extract very fresh coffee. Most of the time you will struggle with the consistency.
