O Conselho Nacional de Saúde recomendou ao Ministério da Saúde, o uso das Práticas Integrativas no tratamento ao COVID19
O Conselho Nacional de Saúde (CNS) aprovou, nesta sexta (22/05), uma recomendação para o Ministério da Saúde, conselhos estaduais e municipais de Saúde e do Distrito Federal pela inclusão e divulgação de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em Saúde (Pics) na assistência ao tratamento para combater a Covid-19.
O documento considera as evidências cientificas produzidas pela Rede de Medicinas Tradicionais, Complementares e Integrativas (MTCI) Américas, pelo Consórcio Acadêmico Brasileiro de Saúde Integrativa (Cabsin) e pelo Centro Latino-Americano e do Caribe de Informação em Ciências da Saúde (Bireme/Opas/OMS) sobre o uso das práticas neste momento de pandemia.
As Pics são reconhecidas pela Organização Mundial da Saúde (OMS), que orienta os países a adotarem as práticas nos seus sistemas nacionais de Saúde. No Brasil, o Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS) começou a implementar a Política Nacional de Práticas Integrativas e Complementares em 2006 e, atualmente, conta com 29 práticas, entre elas medicina tradicional chinesa/acupuntura, homeopatia, plantas medicinais, fitoterapia, ayurveda, medicina antroposófica, termalismo, reiki, shantala, quiropraxia, meditação, yoga, terapia comunitária, ozonioterapia, entre outras.

During a panic attack you might feel “you are going crazy” but you are not⁣

So we have two separate actions in our nervous system, lets call it VOLUNTARY and INVOLUNTARY actions⁣

Alright, so the voluntary nervous system moves your muscles and follow your commands⁣
⁣
The involuntary nervous system control things like your heartbeat and breathing, those more automatic actions⁣
⁣
Now, our INVOLUNTARY nervous system is also divided in two, the SYMPATHETIC and PARASYMPATHETIC nervous system ⁣
⁣
The parasympathetic nervous system is the cool dude, everything runs smooth, calm, mellow ⁣
⁣
The Sympathetic nervous system on the other hand is going off when you are having a panic attack. ⁣
⁣
So imagine being at a forest and suddenly you see a bear. What do you do? your sympathetic nervous system is going to get activated to keep you safe. You are going to have an adrenaline rush that eventually will save you, it’s going to help you run away from the bear.⁣
⁣
So the sympathetic nervous system is not the bad guy either. ⁣
⁣
This is the same thing that happens during a panic attack. Your sympathetic nervous system is getting activated and you have that adrenaline rush. It is ⁣
confusing and overwhelming because it is activated at the wrong time because there is no bear. ⁣
⁣
So you are not going “crazy” when having a panic attack, is just your body doing its thing and with help, you can learn to manage your symptoms. And remember there is nothing wrong with you ♥️ ⁣

🥰 2. Отложите использование кремов, дезодорантов и духов на после массажа - эти запахи нам мешают сосредоточиться на вас, а порой и просто дышать глубоко, работая физически.

🥰 3. Почистите или прополосните зубы перед массажем - работая с верхней частью тела, мы очень(!) чувствуем ваше дыхание.

🥰 4. Длинные волосы поднимите и закрепите повыше, собирая ВСЕ(!) пряди в пучок, чтобы они не попадали случайно под наши руки и мы не тянули их, делая вам больно. И не извалялись в масле.

🥰 5. Останавливайте нас, если вам очень захотелось в туалет! Это ощущение давления в мочевом будет только нарастать! А массаж может длиться и 2 часа.😄 Нам и правда несложно прерваться на пару минут!!!
