Recently I’ve had a few people ask me about the @aeropress and my preferred recipe/thoughts on it. I genuinely believe that the @aeropress is a fantastic brewer for any person, whether they’re just starting in craft coffee or if they’re a super coffee nerd like me 🤓. Here’s why...
The @aeropress is an immersion brewer, which means that the coffee and water hang out together during the entirety of the brew process. This means that the quality of coffee you use will be one of the biggest factors in determining the taste of your brew. The beauty of this brewer is the diversity in how you brew and what brew ratio you decide to use. There’s even a World Aeropress Championship (@aero.press ) that many people compete in with a variety of recipes and techniques (check out @youtube to see award winning championship recipes).
I’ll do a separate post where I explain my process and what I like, BUT I’m more interested to hear about how you brew using the @aeropress ! What recipe/techniques do you use? Does it change from bean to bean or is it pretty consistent? Let me know!
I hope you’ve had a beautiful, coffee-filled day!! Happy brewing, guys! - 1 hour ago
