HOW TO ENJOY THE HOLIDAYS WITHOUT GUILT 🙅🏻:
We’re told that we should feel guilty from indulging or that we need to “work it off.”
UMMM NO!! 🤦🏻♀️ You can enjoy your sweet treats - healthier versions or not ‼️ (see last post!) - without feeling like you ate something "wrong."
How to enjoy sweet treats AND feel good:
1️⃣Choose what matters to you AKA the treats you look forward to all year.
2️⃣Leave the rest. You don’t need a so so cookie. You want the best!
3️⃣Enjoy every bite. Who wants to eat an oh so delicious cookie with a black cloud looming over them?! (Not me 🙅🏻♀️). Take your cookie, smell it, taste it, savor it. Feel CONFIDENT in choosing that cookie to enjoy!
