How do you deal with tiredness? 💤💤💤 Our little monkey has decided to join the multi-wakeup club again. It makes for tired days, huh? It doesn't last forever (or so I hear 😅). There are a few things I try to do to make those tough days easier:
Be kind to yourself. This is absolutely the most important thing.
Nap if you can 😴 If it's been one (or a series of) those loooong nights, I am definitely a fan of day naps if I need it.
Drink water 💦 I'm guilty of favouring a coffee over water, but it always surprised me how good keeping hydrated made me feel when I was tired.
Shower 🚿 I'm a BIG believer in the power of a morning (or afternoon or evening) shower to wake you up.
Get outside 🏞️ This can seem tough with a little one and wintry weather, but fresh air can do wonders for the sleepy body.
