Confessions Saturday. Amazing what cocktails, a plate of chicken nachos, & not beating the shit out of your body will do for a gal.
This marks the end of my cut. I started at 119, lowest weight 110, current 111. Was my most successful yet. Minimal muscle & strength loss, didn’t lose my period, didn’t lose my shit. Photo shoot next Saturday. Posted some sneak peak teasers last night on my stories. Yes, we doing boudoir🔥
And I’ve decided to not continue with the DecemBURN challenge. I gave it two solid weeks & found myself hating life, hating the gym, inflamed, pissed off, & exhausted. A reminder to all of you who are at this point of burnout. It’s not worth it, LISTEN 👂
Remember that thing I said about “congratulations about your face?” Talking about that girl/guy that look pretty but with the personality of a spoon 🥄?
People are attracted to your vibrancy of life. Not the number on the scale or accomplishments.
You are going to have a love-hate relationship with life. I have. With my body, career, dating, love, relationships, self talk, debt, divorce, food, fitness — you name it.
You are going to be miserable some days, on other days, so in love & crushing life. Live it to its fullest.
Breathe, feel your heart pumping, feel the goosebumps, butterfly’s, the pain, the joy
at every smolder he or she gives you
every heart throb & heart ache
every job or deal you land
every concert your savor.
You are going to find out that no experience is identical to anyone else’s. That is why it is important to stay in your own lane.
Your lane will teach you the most impactful lessons, & they will also make you feel alive with vibrancy.
Whether you’re 20, 30, 40, 60, whatever...stop doubting yourself. Listen to your body, mind, & spirit.
They will drive you where you’re meant to be ❤️
Special thanks to a successful cut👇🏻
