Slide Exercise Of The Day
Quadriceps, adductors, buttocks, hips, calves.
Standing position, front foot on the slider, close feet.
Slide with one leg out to the side and make sure to keep the pressure on the slider with the whole foot.
Now bend the active leg and make sure to keep the other leg as straight as possible.
Keep the knee on the standing leg behind the toes. Come back to the starting position.
Foot, knee and leg are aligned.
