Being able to truly break down why someone isn’t losing fat or building muscle or how to go about creating a program that fits their goal/lifestyle is what being a teacher is truly about! I love when I can fully explain to someone what is happening and how to overcome obstacles with facts and studies proven what I’m showing also with experiences.

On me demande souvent, où je vais puiser ma motivation, comment je fais pour être toujours à fond. Alors déjà, je suis pas un mec un peu fou toujours sur-motivé (quoi que c'est ce que pensent mes collègues de boulot #teamovniauboulot 😂). J’ai parfois j’ai bien plus envie de rester sous la couette à 5h30 que d’enfiler les multi-couches de vêtements et mes baskets pour me faire une séance de fractionné dans le noir. Bien plus envie de profiter d’un dimanche en famille au coin du feu, que sur mon vélo pour une séance PMA qui te laisse en PLS. ♟
 Mais je vais vous partager mon secret. ♟
C’est simple, basique : J'AI UN PLAN ! Alors pas le genre qui te sert à t’évader, non un plan écrit par celui qui connait mon corps et ses ressources mieux que moi-même. Celui qui sait où je veux aller et ce que je suis prêt à donner pour ça. 
Si quand le réveil sonne à 5h30, je me dis « là j’ai vraiment pas envie », mon cerveau me dit juste un truc : « mec, c’est écrit donc on se bouge et on le fait ». ♠️
Le plan, c’est ma première source de motivation car je sais qui l’écrit et où il va me conduire. ♠️
J’en profite pour remercier celui qui affute ma motivation et mon mental au quotidien presque aussi bien que mon corps et qui est le seul à parfois calmer mes ardeurs de serial-racer !

One of my main exercise when it come to lower chest area. It is a great exercise to complete your chest area development and avoid having a chest that sags down when the other part start getting bigger.

Slow and controlled with slight pause at  the top. --
