Big boy weights moving nicely today despite being crap at training for a while. Full body workouts on the cards this block. 3 main lifts;
-Bench Press: 3x3 @ 130kg, 3x5 @ 110kg
-SSB Squat: 3x5 @ 155/160/165kg
-SSB Good Morning: 3x8 @ 110/112.5/115kg.
For some reason followed by 150 lunges as fast as possible as part of accessory, absolutely nae need. .

I’ve been training 8 years (4 years Properly) and let me tell you the road wasn’t smooth! Made so many mistakes, Injuries, bad form, Shocking Nutrition! But the good thing about making mistakes is you can learn and grow from it! I’ve tired everything! 😅🙃 I’ve watched everything! Binging on the Hodgetwins and mike chang late nights was one of em 🤷🏽‍♂️ The fitness journey is no where near “Easy” but when you give it your absolute all, Put in time and effort you know you can’t get back you get this thing called RESULTS. And the Results taste so much better when you know  it was all you! You Researched, You Kept going, You stayed Disciplined, You made sacrifices! And no one can take it from you! 🔥💯
If I could tell someone who is starting out 5 things that helped me get to where I am today it would be

1. NUTRITION. Can’t stress this enough! You could have the perfect workout plan! But if your not eating the calories your suppose to, the amount of macros you need you will literally look the same year round. 
2.FORM now if your sacrificing your Form to try lift the same weight your idol does that’s juiced up on gear you are WASTING YOUR TIME. 
3. RESEARCH. I spent almost all my free time learning about form, nutrition, recovery everything about gym and fitness! 7 years later I’m still learning. Don’t go to the gym without a clue of what your doing. -4. DISCIPLINE If you really want that dream body you literally have to sacrifice everything for it. There was times I called off a night out with friends, went to the gym 3/4am after work, Went out for family dinner and just had water! you really need to ask yourself how bad do you want it your actions will always show. - 5. Mindset! Probably the biggest thing for me. Once you conquer it in your mind the body LITERALLY follows. Strong Mind Strong Life! end of the day your mindset towards your goals is what decides whether your going to get a step closer or fall short. ‼️🧨

My week in training definitely didn’t start out as planned. I wasn’t in the right headspace going into the lift and missed my 1RM attempt on my squat at 122,5kg. 
Yesterday’s first attempt at my bench made me think, okay, maybe this isn’t my week. But I turned that around and hit the lift on my second try. And today, feeling super tired this morning, I went for 137,5kg on my deadlift, a weight I’ve been struggling to hit again after German National Championships and finally, after months of hard work, I got it. 💪😁🎉 Training plan by @strengthbasetraining

Marbella 2012

5,5 Monate nach der Geburt meines Sohnes konnte ich den ICAN Marbella gewinnen. Im Rückblick eine wahnsinns Geschichte, aber sie gibt mir Zuversicht, für das Projekt Deutsche Meisterschaft 2020 - #icannordhausen. Damals konnte ich nach der Geburt etwas schneller ins Training wieder einsteigen, was sicher daran lag, dass ich damals in der Schwangerschaft mehr trainieren konnte.
Ich kann mich aber auch erinnern, dass es recht knapp war mit der Vorbereitung und ich bis zum Schluss nicht sicher war über meine Form.
Diesmal habe ich zum Glück etwas länger Zeit für die Vorbereitung, dafür ist das Ziel um so größer.

Inzwischen haben meine 2 Großen schon einige Triathlons selbst absolviert, sind im Ausland gestartet ohne ein Wort zu verstehen und haben auch schon Pokale mit nach Hause gebracht. #siewerdensoschnellgroß

@sport_laetitia3007 wird am Wochenende mit beim Nordhäuser Doppel 🏊🏻‍♀️🏃‍♀️von der Partie sein, während Raphael ein Tennisturnier 🎾 spielen wird. ▪️ Folge mir auf meiner Reise zu den Deutschen Meisterschaften im Triathlon am 19.7.2020 beim ICAN Nordhausen über die Mitteldistanz. .
