There are about 10 months btwn these photos.
And when you look at them, it’s so easy to focus on the things that were lost. Stuff like weight, pant sizes, loose skin, etc.
But right now, and forever, I want to focus on what was gained. Stuff like a healthier relationship to food and exercise, a more positive body image, inner strength, outer strength and confidence.
I didn’t snap back over night. I bounced forward over months and months into a different and better version of myself.
