First day of holiday, evening out on the bike. Considering I haven't been on it for month, I did okay cycling to Cardiff Bay! I didn't collapse so that must be a good thing right.. haha. Wanted to push myself and orginally planned a short journey, the more I cycled the more I wanted to push myself to go further! Trying something new to improve my Mental Health too, I love walking but it wasn't the same. Burgers:
Buns for burger:
Ingredients:
Milk - 200 ml
Flour - 350 gr
Sugar - 1 tblsp
Yeast -1/5 tsp
Oil - 1 tblsp, 
Salt
Cooking method:
Dilute the yeast in milk, add sugar, gradually add flour and mine the dough. Twice timidly blended dough after 30 min.
Form buns, place on a baking sheet. Anoint buns with a beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 420 F within 20-25 minutes.
Ingredients for Burger:
600 g Minced beef (20% fat) - 600 gr.
Coarse salt - 1 tea spoon
 Ground black pepper - 1/4 tea spoon
 Chili sauce - 3 tea spoons 
Cheese sliced ​​(plastic) 4 pcs. 
Pickled cucumber 1 pcs. 
Large tomatoes 4 pcs.
Salad, leaf 4 pcs. 
Burger buns sauces to taste.
Prepare cutlets for burgers. Place the ground beef in a suitable container, add 1 table spoon of salt, 0.25 table spoon of black pepper, 3 table spoons of chili of medium spice sauce. Ngày trước mình rất ghét thuốc lá. Ghét cả người hút. Thế nhưng sau cú vấp đầu đời năm 2016, mọi thứ dường như thay đổi. Suy nghĩ, định kiến, cách sống đều thay đổi. Nói quá lên thì là bất cần - trái ngược với việc để tâm đến cảm xúc người khác như ngày xưa. Cũng nhờ đó mà mới hiểu được ngày xưa mình tự ngược đãi bản thân thế nào: dù mình có buồn, có vỡ vụn thế nào thì cũng sẽ vẫn cố chiều và làm cho người khác vui mà không có bất kì phản kháng nào.
Nhớ điếu đầu tiên châm là điếu SaiGon, đi hack được. Năm ấy Sài Gòn với mình vừa yêu vừa đau. Yêu con người ở mảnh đất ấy và cũng đau vì con người ở mảnh đất đó luôn. Đứng ở chỗ trốn quen thuộc, và châm. Đốm lửa lập loè bắt vào giấy cuốn, đỏ hỏn. Chậm rãi nhìn đốm lửa men dần men dần đến hết điếu thuốc, đến gần đầu lọc thì dập, kiếm thùng rác vứt. Dù có buồn có nghĩ linh tinh nhưng vẫn phải vứt rác đúng chỗ!
Khoảng thời gian ấy cứ lạm dụng sự ăn mòn của đốm lửa đối với điếu thuốc để bào bớt đi cảm giác khó chịu trong lòng. Nhưng chưa một lần bỏ tiền ra mua thuốc, toàn đi hack 😂 Đó là một cái điều khoản chẳng hiểu sao tự đặt ra như là một giới hạn cuối cùng đối với việc này. Người gián tiếp dẫn đến mấy hành động này, khi còn bên nhau, đã nhắc nhở về việc hút thuốc nhưng không hề khó chịu cấm đoán hay đối xử khác lạ. Hồi đó chỉ là vài ba bức ảnh đi với bạn bè, bên cạnh là gạt tàn mà nghĩ mình cũng hút. Tính mình khi ấy cũng hơi bất cần rùi, người ta nghĩ thế nào thì kệ người ta, mà nếu mình đã mang tiếng rồi thì làm luôn cái miếng cho đủ bộ! Đó. Vì thế chẳng bao giờ giải thích về vấn đề này với ai cả. Ai tin thì tin. Ai nghĩ gì thì nghĩ. Ai ở lại thì ở. 
Tất nhiên mình không hề đồng tình việc hút thuốc, kể cả trực tiếp hay gián tiếp. Nên bây giờ công việc còn áp lực hơn gấp nhiều lần, chia tay còn bị cắm sừng mà mình cũng đâu có châm điếu nào! Hút thuốc có hại cho sức khoẻ nha!
Ảnh này chắc cỡ 2 năm rồi. Đây có khi là lần sau cùng mình châm một điếu thuốc tử tế 😂 cho bạn mình 🙂 và sau đó... không có sau đó nữa. Bỏ hết bỏ tất. Mình không châm, bạn không mua. Xong.

🤤🤤🤤 Eine süße Kindheitserinnerung
Heute gibt es ungesunden fancy Kram, der einen blumigen Zuckerschock verspricht. 
Für Holunderblütenküchlein muss man zuerst zum Sammeln nach draußen gehen. Die kleinen Leckereien gibt es nicht im Supermarkt zu kaufen. !!! Bitte beachtet: 
Keine Blütendolden ernten, die an stark befahrenen Straßen wachsen oder einen starken Blattläusebefall o.ä. haben!

Die geernteten Dolden kurz in einer Schüssel mit klarem Wasser waschen und auf einem Geschirrtuch abtropfen lassen. Währenddessen könnt ihr den Backteig zubereiten. 🌼🌼🌼 Zutaten: #vegan 🌼🌼🌼
- 150 g Mehl
- 25 g Rohrzucker
- 1 TL Backpulver
- 1 Prise Salz
- 1 TL Apfelessig
- 250 ml Pflanzenmilch
- 1 gute Prise Zimt (optional: 1 TL Ingwerpulver oder Galgant)
- Zum Ausbacken: neutrales Pflanzenöl / Kokosöl🍴 (Dinkelmehl, Milch, Kokosblüten- oder Industriezucker - Kreativität ist erlaubt! Das hier sind keine bindenden Angaben 😉) 🥞🥞🥞 Das Mehl und Backpulver sieben und mit den anderen Zutaten zu einem dünnen Teig verrühren, kurz gehen lassen.
Das Öl auf mittlerer Stufe erhitzen, die Dolden in den Teig tunken, bis die Blüten bis zu den kleinen Stielchen bedeckt sind, und in der Pfanne goldbraun und knusprig ausbacken. Aus der Pfanne nehmen und das überschüssige Fett auf einem Küchentuch abtupfen. Anschließend die Küchlein kurz in Zimt und Zucker tunken und es sich schmecken lassen 🤗

It can lead some of us down a sort of 'critical' path, where we're found judging others, based on their posts.. or oppositely knocking ourselves down while we compare ourselves to what others are posting... either way of which has no benefit 🤦🏻‍♀

Not to mention the number of people fully letting the posts of others massively trigger them & actually affect their moods whilst completely not directed at them can be just as common 🤯

Surely social media would be far more favourable by using it positively, like to inspire or motivate - rather than bring us or others down or piss us off? & while I'm on that note - what we allow to bother us is fully on US. NOT the other person... 😲

I personally plan on continuing to keep the way I use social media, where I only see posts that I am genuinely interested in - Posts that inspire me or that make me happy to see. I truly believe this is necessary for us where we're already living in a world with so much chaos & hate. We don't need to add more sh*t to the heap! 💩👎

I know I would far rather ANYONE following me on social media that doesn't relate with my posts hit the unfollow button & keep their feeds resonant to THEIR interests & wants. Just the same as I want to ensure that what I see on my feed positively impacts me.

What I'm trying to say is, filtering down what you see COULD help. Irrelevant of who that's no longer following or what they may think. If the intention is pure, there shouldn't be any animosity. If anything, a caring relationship of any kind would encourage you to look out for you!

Give yourself a digital detox, the same way you would in your physical or mental domains.

Think of it as part of your health regime - it is likely part of what you consume regularly after all!!

You don't need to tolerate unwanted situations in person, so why choose any different on social media? & given its probably how you're interacting the most at the moment, I'd say it's all the more crucial to keep what you're following happy & of interest to YOU 💯
