High end pricing for high end produce, but not for high end service. Despite great pictures and reviews seen online, the experience we had was one that was best said average and one that you can enjoy better at top restaurants. The presentation was top notch with each of the 14 pieces omakase set being delicately crafted 🍣 Unique sauces was made for each type of seafood. Notable favourites had to go to blue fin tuna, saba, Spanish mackerel, kinmedai and Russian king crab 🦀 These were enjoyable pieces we hoped other pieces carries that same consistent quality. However, the other pieces only had namesake awe, imported abroad but only having average quality of freshness 😕 The miso soup had to be another highlight with quality tofu product paying off in taste. To top off the night, the yam dessert was a pleasant surprise! To the chef's mastery, yam was sweet and airy that made you want more of. And if you were ever coming here to celebrate, remember to let the restaurant know so a little surprise can be prepared for you!
