This is a clear case of not learning from previous mistakes. I haven’t backed up my phone in months and it just happened that I’ve lost most of my pictures, google tabs and notes with my recipes. So sadly all I’ve got left of this amazing olive oil, blood orange and rosemary cake is just a sweet memory, and a couple of pictures 💔

Vegan and gluten free banana bread 😋
Following the lockdown hype of healthy baking we too experienced with many different recipes and flavours. This banana bread is definitely one of our favourites, using healthy Kurakkan flour which gives it's dark brow color. And this one was even made with our own home grown bananas. We can't wait to share it with our guests!  Untill then here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
- 4 big bananas
- 1 cup Kurakan, aka raki, aka finger millet flour ( can be replaced by rice flour)
- 1 cup rice flour or any other gluten free flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
-  2 teaspoons of cinnamon powder - A pinch of salt
- Half a cup of coconut oil - 1 cup of plant based milk, we used coconut milk
- 4 table spoons of trickle or agave sirup
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
- 12 dates cuts in pieces

Instructions:
- preheat the oven to 150C - mash bananas and mix with the wet ingredients
- add in the dry ingredients and stir to combin
- fill your greased baking tin and bake for about 60 minutes

Tips:
-  let the cake cool down before unmolding, using baking paper prevents it from being stuck or braking
- add in some dark chocolate or chopped nuts for a change - replace the flour with rolled oats, ditch the milk and bake for only 30 minutes to have totally different yet another super tasty version

Vegan cupcakes I made today - testing out a vegan chocolate recipe, which I think is about perfect 👌🧁 the vegan buttercream is possibly better than normal buttercream 🤤 so yum!

peanut butter cookies !
so easy and the perfect texture - slightly soft in the middle and firmer on the outside. 
recipe: 
Preheat the oven to 180° C. Line a tray with baking paper. 
In a large bowl, add 250g peanut butter and 175g sugar and mix until creamy. Stir in 6 tbsp almond milk and 1 tsp vanilla. Next, add 120g flour, 1tsp baking soda and a pinch of salt, mix to combine. 
Roll out around 20 balls of mixture and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten in a crisscross pattern with the back of a fork. Bake for 10 mins. Let cool and enjoy !

Celozrnná "grisina" 🥖to je pekařsky nejsložitější produkt, který si od nás můžeš dopřát. 🧑‍🍳
Kombinuje v sobě dva druhy prefermentu - jedním z nich je poolish, který zraje 12 hodin a znáte jej z našich baget. Druhým je "pâte fermentée", o kterém se v češtině mluví jako o "metodě starého těsta". 👑
Pâte fermentée spočívá v tom, že část těsta necháme hodinu vykynout v pokojové teplote a následně dozrává 24 hodin v teplotě 4-6 stupňů. Poolish a pâte fermentée obsahují díky odlišné teplotě zrání jiné druhy mikroorganismů, tedy kultur, díky čemuž umí výsledné těsto vykynout do neuvěřitelně nadýchané podoby - a to i přes velmi vysoký podíl celozrnné mouky. 💉Tyto kultury také dávají grisinám nezaměnitelnou chuť - je lehce nakyslá a velmi chlebová. Kůrka je křupavá a střídka naopak tak jemná, že ji člověk ani nevnímá. 😋Doporučujeme jíst první den!🤎
Složení mouky: 75% špaldová celozrnná, 15% pšeničná chlebová, 15% pšeničná

Çilek benim için meyveler arasında en güzeli en özeli😍 paylaşımlarımdan da gördüğünüz üzere tatlılarımda, sunumlarımda sıklıkla kullanıyorum🍓 Mis gibi kokusu, tadı,verdiği lezzet harikaa 🤤 Öyleyse mevsimi bitmeden, kış hazırlığı çilek reçellerimizi de yapalım, evler mis gibi çilek koksun❤️

🍓1 limonun suyu (limon tuzu da kullanabilirsiniz)

Çilekleri güzelce ayıklayıp yıkadıktan sonra geniş bir tencereye alıp üzerine şekerin tamamını serpiyoruz. Bu şekilde biraz sulanması için 1 gece bekletiyorum. Bekletmeden de yapabilirsiniz. Eğerki suyu az ise ya da bekletmeyecek iseniz 1-2 çay bardağı su ilave edebilirsiniz. Çilekleri küçük ve orta boy tercih ettiğimden doğramıyorum fakat büyük çilekleri bölebilirsiniz. Geceden beklettiğim çilekleri ocağa alıp yavaş yavaş karıştırarak pişirmeye başlıyorum. O sırada üzerinde köpük birikebiliyor onları alıp atıyorum. Kaynadıktan sonra kısık ateşte 30-40 dk kadar pişirip limon suyunu ilave ediyorum biraz daha pişirip ocaktan alıyorum. Kavanozlara pay edip kapaklarını güzelce kapatıyorum. Sıcak iken ters çevirip o şekilde bi süre bekletiyorum.Veee mis gibi çilek reçelim hazır 😍

School is out and summer is here! Time to celebrate with cupcakes! I’m having a pop up sale this Saturday, where you can preorder cupcakes to pickup at my home in Richfield. I’m offering 4 different flavors: My classic Oreo cupcake (dairy, egg and nut free including coconut), a funfetti vanilla cupcake filled with homemade strawberry compote and topped with strawberry frosting (dairy, egg and nut free including coconut), top 8 free lime cupcake topped with cherry frosting and top 8 free s’mores cupcake with a chocolate cupcake filled with Smuckers marshmallow topping and topped with a marshmallow frosting with Enjoy Life mini chocolate chips and crushed vanilla graham cookies sprinkles on top. Ingredient breakdown can be found by clicking the order form link found in my profile. 
All cupcakes are $3 each and I will be donating 10% of the total sales from this pop up sale to help the community and families whose lives have changed drastically this past week. 
Again, pickup will be on Saturday, June 6th from 9-1pm at my home in Richfield with no-contact pickup. I’ll have more pickup information on your invoice.

💜Blueberry, Lavender and Violet Scones with Vanilla Coconut Cream💜👀

😲A fluffy, yet crumbly texture, bursting with Blueberries, with delicious undertones of Lavender and Violet, reminiscent of sunny days outside 😌🌞
😲Top them off with your fav juicy jam, and light and creamy Coconut Vanilla Cream...taste experience not to be missed🙂

💜Scone💜
*
💜375g self raising four or gf sub.
💜112g #vitalite. 💜50g cater sugar.
💜180ml soya milk with...
💜2 tbsp apple cider vinegar in it.
💜1 tbsp dried lavender buds.
💜10 drops #foodieflavours parma violet.
💜5 drops #droteker intense purple colour(suitable for vegans and veges yay!)
💜1 cup frozen blueberries. *
💜Coconut Cream💜
*
💜1 tin full fat coconut milk, #amoy stored in the fridge overnight.
NB: only use the solidified cream off the top.
💜2 tbsp icing sugar.
💜1/2 vanilla pod-seeds or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. *
💜Rub your vitalite into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs.
💜Stir in your sugar and lavender buds. It a good idea to crush them together a bit first.
💜Stir in milk/vinegar mixture with a knife. 💜Then use your hands to bring the  dough together.
💜Only knead a little and roll out to the size of a tea plate.
💜Tip on your blueberries, and gently incorporate them into the dough.
💜Now roll out and cut scones.
💜Brush tops with milk.
💜Bake at 210c for 15 mins.

💜For coconut cream, scoop off solidified cream for the refrigerated can. Use this only. 💜Add icing sugar and vanilla, and mix at high speed until creamy.
💜Chill until needed.

🤓Tips: don't over knead dough, this will make scone tough.
Place your scones so slightly touching, this will give you lovely soft sided scones👍

NB: only use the solidified cream off the top. 💜2 tbsp icing sugar. 💜1/2 vanilla pod-seeds or 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. * 💜Rub your vitalite into the flour until it resembles breadcrumbs. 💜Stir in your sugar and lavender buds. It a good idea to crush them together a bit first. 💜Stir in milk/vinegar mixture with a knife. 💜Then use your hands to bring the dough together. 💜Only knead a little and roll out to the size of a tea plate. 💜Tip on your blueberries, and gently incorporate them into the dough. 💜Now roll out and cut scones. 💜Brush tops with milk. 💜Bake at 210c for 15 mins. * 💜For coconut cream, scoop off solidified cream for the refrigerated can. Use this only. 💜Add icing sugar and vanilla, and mix at high speed until creamy. 💜Chill until needed. * 🤓Tips: don't over knead dough, this will make scone tough. Gestern habe ich wieder Granola gebacken. Diesmal habe ich jedoch gehackte
Mandeln, geschrotete Leinsamen und Reissirup verwendet. Das Rezept findet
