So, Rome impressed me with it's outstanding architecture, rich history,  friendly people, delicious food and cappuccino!☕❤🇮🇹🇺🇸

Even though we visited it in the beginning of February, which is kind of  out of season, this city was packed with tourists! I can imagine, what's going on there during summer time!😁
Nevertheless, Rome is very clean and organized!

То есть барьер, отделяющий ваш кровоток от мира, во много раз тоньше, чем бумажный платок.📃Дело в том, что организму нужно всасывать питательные вещества из пищи: если бы слизистая оболочка кишечника была толще, питательным веществам было бы сложно через нее проникнуть.💧Наша кожа не пропускает воду, и это здорово — внутренние органы не намокнут, но слизистая оболочка кишечника проницаема и для жидкостей, и для питания. Из-за хрупкого барьера между вашей стерильной сердцевиной и царящим снаружи хаосом вам нужен хороший защитный механизм, предохраняющий от зла.⛔И здесь на сцену выходит иммунная система, в частности особый тип лейкоцитов — интраэпителиальные лимфоциты. - 2 cup tomato passata⠀
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat)⠀
- 460g chickpeas, drained⠀
Serve with:⠀
- Brown rice⠀
- Red cabbage⠀
- Lime (don’t skip pls)⠀
- Coriander⠀
STEPS:⠀
- Cook your rice⠀
- Cook spices + water until a paste forms⠀
- Add rest of the curry ingredients and let simmer for 10 minutes⠀

1 can chickpeas, rinsed & drained
2 ripe tomatoes, cubed
1 small cucumber, cubed
2 tbsp chives, ciseled 
3 tbsp soy yoghurt
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp paprika
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
pepper
👉🏼Method :
1. rinse & drained the chickpeas (if you want a better digestion, you can peel off the skin but that’s an extra 10 minutes!)
2. flake them with a fork (or clean hands)
3. add veggies and mix.
4. add spices and yoghurt and mix again
5. set in fridge about 15 minutes so flavour gets together
✨ WRAP RECIPE 🌯
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup water 
Method : simply mix & kneed with one hand until a dough super elastic forms. Adjust flour/water. Set 10 minutes. Then divide in 2 and roll out in very thin wrap (use flour to prevent sticking). Cook 2 minutes each side on hot pan. Keep in clean dishtowel. Use right away or damp the towel with water and microwave 20 sec to make soft again!
Here I served the wrap with cabbage, lettuce avocado & sprout! ENJOY

Adjust flour/water. Set 10 minutes. Then divide in 2 and roll out in very thin wrap (use flour to prevent sticking). Cook 2 minutes each side on hot pan. Keep in clean dishtowel. Use right away or damp the towel with water and microwave 20 sec to make soft again! Here I served the wrap with cabbage, lettuce avocado & sprout! Benefits of avocado 🥑

It has been over a year here in New Zealand, and avocados had become one of my everyday foods for sure. They are super nutritous + there are so many ways to incorporate them in your diet: smashed avocado on toast, avocado dressings and even chocolate + avocado mousses.
