⏳Today's focus: speed and simplicity!
I am, happily, nearing a time I won't be able to spend half an hour preparing breakfast every morning. To ease myself into the transition, I've decided to get a little more used to the idea of quick, satisfying meals.
These are 🍎 apple 🍓 strawberry oats: 1 packet instant apple cinnamon oatmeal, 5 g rolled oats (to bulk it up and add texture), 10 g milled chia, and a scoop of protein powder. That's it! I dumped it all into a bowl, poured boiling water over it, stirred, topped with strawberries, and dug in. Sure, the texture isn't quite as satisfying as rolled oats, but it was ready in a fraction of the time.
