4 ingredient chocolate chip cookies. Recipe makes 4 small cookies. Double the recipe if you wishšŸŖšŸŖšŸŖšŸŖ .

Ingredients:
6 tbs oat flour. Blend oatmeal in blender to make the flour
1/2 cup peanut butter 
1 1/2 tbsp maple syrup 
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips .

Steps:
Preheat oven to 340 degrees.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Form the mixture into small balls. On an oven tray lined with parchment paper, place the mixture balls and press them with your hands to make the shape of the cookie. Bake for 15 minutes. Let the cookies cool down. The cookies will break if you don't let them cool down. EnjoyšŸ’š .

Causa limeƱa versiĆ³n vegana, rellena con carne de soya texturizada y palta. La carne de soya es una buena alternativa para reemplazar platos tĆ­picos que contengan pollo o carne. Primeramente remojo la carne deshidrata con agua hervida y la escurro, luego la aderezo con un poco de cebolla, tomate y condimentos al gusto. Cuando estĆ© aderezada le agrego mayonesa vegana preparada con leche vegetal.  Para servir mi plato lo acompaƱe con un toque de quinua, caƱihua y tofu. - 1 taza de harina de maĆ­z - 3/4 de taza de agua - Sal - Levadura nutricional 
PreparaciĆ³n:
1ļøāƒ£AƱade la harina, la sal y la levadura nutricional en un bowl y mezcla. 2ļøāƒ£ Ve aƱadiendo el agua poco a poco hasta formar una masa suave y moldeable. 3ļøāƒ£ Divide la masa en bolitas y aplĆ”stalas hasta que estĆ©n de aproximadamente 2mm de grosor. 4ļøāƒ£ Hornea a 180grados por 15min aproximadamente o hasta que estĆ©n tostadas. 5ļøāƒ£ AƱade los toppings que quieras! Nosotras le pusimos guacamole, champiƱones salteados y cebolla y tomates picados.
