паста ракушки
авокадо
шпинат
огурец
зелёный горошек
вяленые томаты
заправка: оливковое масло, деактивированные дрожжи, щепотка розовой соли
конопляные семена для присыпки сверху.

Это был идеальный обед, но уверена, что на ужин такой салат тоже отлично подойдёт, особенно если вы очень проголодались 🤗

🥔 Loaded Baked Potatoes by @thevegansara

Recipe:⠀
Ingredients:⠀
2 medium russet potatoes (about 1 lb.), scrubbed and dried⠀
1/2 cup broccoli, steamed⠀
1/2 cup roasted mushrooms⠀
1/4 cup Vegan Crumbled Tempeh Sausage⠀
1/2 cup squash/cashew based cheese sauce⠀
plenty of herbage⠀
⠀
How to make:⠀
Adjust oven rack to middle position and heat oven to 450 degrees. Poke several holes in each potato with tines of fork and microwave potatoes on high until slightly soft to the touch, 6 to 12 minutes, turning them over halfway through.⠀
Carefully transfer potatoes to oven and cook directly on hot oven rack until skewer glides easily through flesh, about 20 minutes.⠀
Remove potatoes from oven and make dotted X on top of each potato with tines of fork. Press in at ends of each potato to push flesh up and out. Top with squash/cashew based cheese sauce, Crumbled Tempeh Sausage, roasted mushrooms, plenty of herbage, salt, and pepper. Enjoy!

Trotz Haltungsformkennzeichnung sind die Ergebnisse echt erschütternd – aber wenn wir ehrlich sind: wenig überraschend. 🤬 Egal ob Hackfleisch, Gulasch oder Hähnchenbrust: Fleisch- und Wurstprodukte sollte man besser nicht im Supermarkt kaufen – das zeigt die Untersuchung von Greenpeace deutlich. Die Organisation hatte unter anderem Aldi, Edeka, Kaufland, Lidl, Penny und Real zu ihren Fleischprodukten befragt. Es ging dabei um die Haltungsbedingungen, sowohl bei verpacktem als auch unverpacktem Fleisch.

#قارچ_شکم_پر

این مدل قارچ شکم پر که امروز آموزش میدیم، به خاطر نخودسرشار از پروتین، به خاطر آویشن و سیر بسیار خوش عطر و بو و به خاطر گردویی که  با مواد مخلوط میکنیم فوق العاده تُرد و کرانچیه و  طرز تهیهش بسیار ساده هست و در عین حال به عنوان یک پیش غذای بسیار شیک یا عصرانه و شام بسیار سبک، یکی از بهترین انتخابهاست. 👇🏻
مواد لازم:
قارچ متوسط: ۱۵-۲۰ عدد 
روغن زیتون: ۲ قاشق غذاخوری
پیاز رنده شده کوچک: ۱ عدد
سیر رنده شده: ۲ حبه
گردوی خورد شده: نصف فنجان
آویشن: یک قاشق چلیخوری
پارمزان: نصف فنجان
نخود: نصف فنجان
نمک و فلفل: به مقدار کافی
سرکه بالزامیک: ۱ قاشق غذاخوری
👇🏻 طرز تهیه:
فر را روی دمای ۴۰۰ درجه فارنهایت یا ۲۰۰ درجه سانتیگراد گرم کنید. در یک ماهیتابه کمی روغن زیتون بریزید و روی حرارت متوسط بگذارید، پیاز، ساقه ی قارچ خورد شده و سیر را اضافه کنید و تفت دهید تا کمی تغییر رنگ داده و سبک شوند. حدودا ۵ دقیقه کافیه. آویشن و گردو را هم اضافه کنید و تفت دهید تا گردوها طلایی شوند. ماهیتابه را از روی حرارت بردارید و صبر کتید تا کمی خنک شود.
در یک کاسه، نخود پخته شده، جعفری، نمک و فلفل، سرکه بالزامیک و کمی پنیر پارمزان را مخلوط کرده و با چنگال نرم کنید تا حالت خمیر به خودش بگیره و به مخلوط گردو اضافه کنید. 
کف سینی را کاغذ روغنی بگذارید و کنید روغنی روی کاغذ اسپری کنید و قارچها را با دقت در سینی فر بچینید. داخل قارچها را با یک قاشق غذاخوری از مواد پر کنید و با مقداری پنیر پارمزان روی مواد را بپوشانید. سینی را داخل فر گذاشته و ۱۵-۲۰ دقیقه صبر کنید تا پنیر ذوب شده و قارچها بپزند. این قارچ شکم پر، گرم سرو میشه.

- pregătește cuptorul - preîncălzește-l la 175 de grade. ⁣

- pregătește tava de copt (20 x 20 cm) cu hârtie și puțin ulei⁣

- într-un bol, mixează bine zahărul, uleiul și esența⁣
⁣
- apoi adaugă semințele de care deja ar trebui sa fie hidratate, amestecă bine⁣
⁣
- adaugă făina (în care ai amestecat bine praful de copt), cacaua și sarea⁣

- apoi adaugă și zucchini, fulgii de ciocolată și omogenizează bine totul⁣
⁣
𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞: pune la copt pentru 20-25 de minute (în funcție de cuptor), apoi scoate-o pe un grătar și las-o să se răcească bine înainte de o tăia. ⁣

Păstrare: o zi la temperatura camerei, apoi depozitez-o în frigider, într-o caserolă cu capac.⁣

Red Thai curry lentil soup.

Ingredients:
* 3 onions * 3 garlic cloves * 500g dry red lentils * 50g dry green lentils (I had leftovers)
* big bag of spinach * 6 tbsp thai green curry paste - I add extra as I like it * 1 tin / 400ml coconut milk
* 1.6L veg stock plus more to top up while cooking.

Method: Lightly fry the onions in a very large pot than all all the ingredients (minus the coconut milk and spinach) bring to boil and simmer for 45mins topping up with more stock when needed.
Add the coconut milk and simmer for another 10mins. I added the spinach once off the heat as it cooks so quickly.

[Vegan] [Gluten-free] Spinach-Mint-Cilantro with Rice and Quinoa 🥬🍚 .

Spinach, as we all know, is a superfood. It is loaded with tons of nutrients, high levels of vitamins K and A, protein, iron and minerals. 
This low-calorie rice/quinoa dish is perfect if you’re looking for a tasty meal with less carbs and more healthy nutrients. .

Calories: ~200 calories per 175g .

Step 1: Grind spinach, mint and cilantro leaves in a mixer/magic bullet with few green chilies. 
Step 2: In a pressure cooker/instant pot - Heat oil, add cumin seeds, chopped ginger and garlic. 
Step 3: Add chopped onion and sauté until the onions are soft. Now add chopped tomatoes. Sauté for 5 mins. 
Step 4: Add salt, garam masala, red chili powder and coriander powder. Mix it well. 
Step 5: Add the green paste and mix it well. Sauté for 5-7 mins or until the raw spinach smell goes away. 
Step 6: Add a mix of quinoa and rice as I have in this recipe. Or you could just add rice or quinoa. 
Step 7: Add water. Let it pressure cook. Serve it hot with cucumber raita! .
