I had the most amazing camping trip on Adnyamathanha land in the Flinders Ranges this weekend!
I was secretly relieved that I had no phone reception for the whole three days, because it gave me a beautiful chance to connect with my family and the stunning nature in the national park.
Time away like this is my absolute favourite way to bring space and balance into my life. I spent time appreciating and being grateful for some of the things that I value most: my family, time in nature, moving my body, reading, and cooking great food. 🌳
Studies consistently show that time in nature is good for our physical and mental health, and it's such an easy way to boost our wellbeing in day to day life! Admittedly, sleeping on a rock hard air mattress wasn't great for my back, but it was definitely still a net positive! 😂
