The big difference is I've not had any alcohol in the house (that I could safely drink) in the past couple of weeks.
I don't know for sure that that was absolutely it, because some other stuff changed too. But I wouldn't be surprised if that was a major contributor. So I probably shouldn't do that again for a while.

these sentences haunted my mind every. single. day. of my #pregnancy i cried more than a few times thinking i was #fat or that i’d never fit in my pre-pregnancy clothes again. but i can say today- less than 4 months #postpartum i look GOOD😜 but better than that- i feel good mentally, physically and emotionally. sure there’s some feel good in needing a belt to wear my skinny pants, but most of the feel good comes from how #powerful i feel. how i’m still tired(obvi #newmom ) but i’m not #drained how i’m fueling my body with #healthy foods and not giving in to my #cravings 🙌🏽 not everyone works out and eats healthy to lose #weight some of us do it to feel #better all the way around. what’s gonna be your reason, when you join us? #thesquatsquad - 8 minutes ago
