Growing szn is in full force and I’m honestly loving every piece of it. We often just think of the work that comes with dieting...being tired, less energy, less food, more cardio, but honestly, if anyone thinks growing is “easier”, they probs aren’t being very intentional🤷🏼♀️.
Eating more food, being very strategic with training, pushing freakin HARD and being intentional every day when it comes to meal timing, digestive health, recovery, energy inputs and outputs is hard and empowering af in its own way😎✌🏼.
