Keto to this day has still been the best decision I have made in my life. It’s not a diet and it’s not a fad it’s a lifestyle change to overall better myself. Do I still eat a slice of cake if I’m at a party? Yes. Because with keto came self-control. I don’t eat 4 slices and I won't repeat it 5 days a week. I eat fatty meats, low carb veggies and I’m doing just fine. 🌻
