I was at my heaviest after having 3 children and I had paid for so many different weight loss programs and never stuck to any of them. They were all too strict and didn’t have any one to keep me accountable.⁣⁣

So over the last few years Toni and I have gained a lot of weight. Two pregnancies, a 300 mile move, Matthew, mental health issues.. to name a couple.. we’ve gained a lot of weight. Question for everyone. How much can I trust the 380 calories burned? Mi Fit knows my height, weight, and step length, so it seems it should be mildly accurate, but I'm just not sure. Give me your opinions!

🥬 MEAL PREP 🥬

I’m totally onboard with prepping yourself and the fam some healthy 🍇 food ahead of time. 
I’m starting a 10 DAY DETOX with my tribe in a little over a week, and I’m getting in the groove 💫 a little early.  So it’s veggie based 🥑 eating for me right now. 
Regardless of what style of eating 🥩🥗🧈 I’m into at the moment, I always take a few minutes to prep food ahead of time. 
Why?  Peace of mind!  I always know I can snack or make a meal out of the healthy options in my fridge. 
I don’t have to think about it!  It’s done and ready. Plus I’m saving 💵 money by not wasting food or making 59 trips to the store 🏬 a week. 
My best meal prep tip? 👉🏼 As soon as you get produce home wash and chop it for eating! 
Otherwise that organic celery  is growing mold at the bottom of the veggie drawer because you forgot you had it. 👉🏼 I usually meal prep some healthy options for the week on Sunday.
