Not only is it a new Monday and a new week, but it is also a new month.
At the beginning of each month, I set new goals and review my goals from the previous month.
In May I had set out to get my ranking back in my coaching gig, which I did! I also set out to earn a live workout with one of the super trainers, Joel Freeman, I also did this!! I also wanted to be able to join our team's Olympics which in end will help me grow my coaching business while training me to help me with my current challengers and team.
So in June, I have set new goals and I have decided to share them with you, will in the end keep me accountable.
* I will rank advance again, which means growing my team of coaches.
* I will continue to grow my challengers, by helping more people accomplish their health and fitness goals.
* I will dial in my nutrition, even more, to help me achieve my health and fitness goals of toning and growing muscles.
* I will also read every day, I struggle with this because I have never been a big reader. But I have read way more since starting my side gig almost 2 years ago.
So with a new Monday, new week, and a new month. Look at your goals, reevaluate them, and or create new. YOU will reach your goals if you put your mind to them. - 39 minutes ago
