🥞 Threw together some pancakes this morning. Topped with caramelised banana and vanilla whipped cream and a drizzle of honey. A wee change from cereal. Clocks going forward is now my favourite of the clock changed. As someone who wakes up ridiculously early (sometimes 4 or 5am) I welcome the clocks going forward as it makes my 5am wake up a more acceptable 6am wake up! Happy Sunday! 12:30 vegan keto nacho's 😁. Mushrooms, avo,  cashew cream , mushrooms and pico de gallo and salad with stirfried kailan and bok choy.  Peanuts and other nuts.

16:00 dark chocolate, nuts and more nuts😁

18:30 Tomato soup left over from yesterday. Salad with stirfried snow peas, poached lettuce, emperor veggie.  Kimchi, lettuce, Edamame.

Fun fact: I previously really wanted to go on bake off 👩🏻‍🍳🍰
Then the baking slowed down and I realised that was definitely never happening for me 😂
However, all this time at home has definitely inspired me to start baking again. I’ve started off with one of my favourite banana bread recipes from @entertainingwithbeth - it uses vegetable oil instead of butter to give the bread moist
I like when my banana bread is slightly toasted and served with some coffee flavoured butter - @brickwoodldn style ☕️

lunch was pancakes made using pancake mix mixed with half a scoop of chocolate protein powder (and an oreo inside one of the pancakes ... i was just trying something 😂)+ 1/2 tbsp of syrup + 2 turkey sausages. as well as some coffee with milk, for a total of 560 calories and 35 grams of protein.

not pictured was half of a protein shake for 80 calories. also 20 calories for some pre workout i took as well.

supper was app. 794 calories. the chicken and mashed potatoes were calculated accurately, but i guessed a little bit for the onions and asparagus since my husband did those. i weighed and tracked the grams for them, but then added an extra guess of 220 calories (about 2 tablespoons) for the oil he used. it all turned out so good.

after dinner i had a dessert snack, strawberries and a sugar free chocolate pudding. which i’m going to buy a lot more of later. a pack of four is only a dollar ???!!! lol. this snack was 95 calories.

Today’s my 6th Wedding Anniversary 💖
I hate most of the photos from that day, I had very unexpectedly found out I was pregnant a few weeks before but could tell things weren’t going well, I eventually miscarried on honeymoon.
Last year I went to a wedding fundraiser and wore my dress - swipe right - I look so much better - I know it’s not all about how you look but I just didn’t feel right on my day so I prefer the other photos - even if my poor hubby isn’t in them 😂

Lockdown day 5. Me and bill took Macie to the duck pond for our daily exercise, there was so many people out... that’s the only problem of making everyone stay in the same area... this evening I went to Tesco, very naughty that I went out twice 😱 we needed food and I wanted to go when no one else was out. Which was successful as it was pretty much empty. Got us enough food to last a while so that’s good! I also broke one of my resistance bands... doing my lunges and it pinged right off😅. - 
Breakfast was @weetabixofficial mixed with birthday cake @phdnutrition and topped with @smartiesuki white chocolate buttons, @oreo minis and raspberries. 
Lunch was @tescofood chocolate and caramel hot cross bun, @nutella, half a pot of @fage_uk with apple, blackberries and raisins. 
Dinner was @birdseyeuk southern fried chicken bbq beef noodles, balsamic onions and cabbage and sweetcorn.
desert was @naturevalley.uk protein bar, @cadburyuk cream egg, jelly chicks and some roses. -

Was a bit lost without my usual saturday routine of gym and long dog walk and food shop. Did a yoga workout in the morning,  yoga is something I've wanted to try for a while. Didn't plan food so grazed around the kitchen at lunch time! .
Breakfast: linda McCartney sausages, eggs, beans and toast
Lunch: an apple, a chocolate digestive, two asda southern coated chicken goujons, pitta and hummus! (Nosy dog sniffing the hummus on the photo)
Dinner: pinch of nom cuban beef made into chilli and rice.
