LETS TALK ABOUT SEX, MONEY & ABUNDANCE 😏💸♾ I’ve spent a majority of my life obsessed with numbers, as well as being uncomfortable with money, my body and my sexuality. Not only did I define myself by how many calories I ate and burned, my weight on the scale and the grades on my exams, but how much money I spent. I’ve always been a very organized, mature and frugal individual. My 1st year and a half in university I kept a record on my laptop of every dollar I “wasted”... literally EVERYTHING. From food to toilet paper to bus rides to all my favourite things that I didn’t think I deserved. I told myself and others I was just budgeting and seeing how much I spent but in reality I put my happiness and worth towards how many discounts I could get and if I could avoid spending money a specific day. I got so much anxiety from spending “too much” in one day or spending money several days in a row. Does this sound familiar to you? Disordered, perhaps? It was like my ED had manifested into something else entirely. That’s why EDs are never about food. They are anxiety disorders about control and self hate and overlaps too with OCD at times. I finally deleted the document last year on my birthday with my mums help, as she saw how much stress it was giving me. It felt so freeing, to let go. So how does this relate to figs and sexuality? Figs, amongst many other foods and items and experiences, were one of the things I avoided buying as they were more expensive than others. I arrived back to Australia this year and I bought them straight away (amongst other things I love) and felt no guilt at all. Figs are so soft and sweet and sexy! Just look at those seeds, aren’t they like sperm? 😅 I wonder if this reflects that they are good for fertility. It makes me think of how I always felt uncomfortable with and unworthy of sexual intimacy. But we all deserve abundance (please don’t mix this up with excessiveness). With money and sex, people usually are uncomfortable and deprived of it or abuse it (or even a mix of both). I pursue balance - love, comfort, and appreciation for food, body, mind, soul, money, sex, connection, happiness, things we mustn’t fear. Much love 💕

It’s been a little quiet on the fug because I was busy becoming a yoga teacher 🥳 and because the food here was just too pretty 🤷🏻‍♀️ here is a fugly oat bowl though, oats with raisins, blackberry jam and peanut butter (which the chef here makes herself and it’s so good 😍)

Added some green spirulina to my smoothie so it’s went a nice khaki green colour 👌🏻 tastes good though 😃 made with frozen berries, a banana, oat milk, chia seeds, plant protein powder and spirulina 💚 . .

Tostada con crema de cacahuete y plátano

Desayuno vegano para deportistas muy energético, para esos días que toca ejercicio intenso y que vas a quemarlo todo.

Ingredientes: 
200g cacahuetes
leche vegetal según textura
1 cucharada de aceite de coco orgánico
pan integral masa madre
1 plátano
Canela (opcional)

Preparación: 
En una batidora incorporamos los cacahuetes pelados, la cucharada de aceite de coco y según vamos triturando vamos a ir añadiendo la leche vegetal elegida (recomiendo avena) para conseguir la textura deseada. Puede ser suave o crujiente (con trozos). Para mantener lo que no se consuma se mete en un frasco de cristal y al frigorífico. Cuando se vaya a utilizar, simplemente hay que sacarlo unos minutos antes para que sea fácil de untar. 
Cortamos el plátano en rodajas. Se unta el pan tostado con la crema de cacahuete y por encima se colocan las rodajas de plátano. De manera opcional, se puede espolvorear con canela.

Tostadas con tomate y aguacate
Rápido y sencillo. Tal y como su nombre indica, tan solo necesitas un buen pan integral de masa madre (sin azúcar), y tomate y aguacate en su punto de maduración. 
Preparación: 
Se tuesta el pan, se le da alegría con un pelín de aceite de oliva, se coloca las rodajas de tomate, encima las rodajas de aguacate, una pizca de sal y a disfrutar con esta mezcla delicatessen. 
Se puede tomar en tostas o en bocadillo directamente. Solo hay un problema ¡lo vas a devorar!

Yabancıların “kale”i varsa bizim de “kara lahana”mız var. 😁 klasik nohutlu curry tarifine pişmesine yakın bir de kara lahana ekledim. Normalde hindistancevizi sütü kullanırdım ama bu sefer evde açık fındık sütü olduğu için onunla yaptım ve daha hafif ve daha az beyaz oldu. Amaa tadı enfesti! Bu tip Hindistan kökenli, bol baharatlı yemeklerin yanına genellikle basmati pirincinden pilav yapıyorum, harika tamamlıyor, hele bir de yanına roka gibi ferah bir yeşillik gelirse 🤤. •

Türk mutfağındaki nohut-pilav ikilisinin farklı versiyonları olarak görüyorum ben bu yemekleri. Hal-i hazırda mutfağımızda olan yiyeceklerle de harikalar yaratabiliriz, yeter ki bakış açımızı değiştirelim. Yoksa veganlığı bir zamanlar “ekstrem” bulmamış olan vegan sayısı azdır, bir kez bakış açısı değişince “zorluk” denen şey bambaşka bir anlam kazanıyor. “Zor” olan bizim mutfak ya da giyim alışverişimizde kolaylıkla bulabileceğimiz çözümler değil, “zor” olan hissedebilen canlıların insanlar yüzünden maruz kaldıkları...

Crumble de melocotón
Otro desayuno vegano para deportistas perfecto, delicioso y fácil de preparar para no tener que comer siempre cereales o tostadas.
Ingredientes: 
3 melocotones
1 cucharada de aceite de coco
70 g de copos suaves de avena
60g de almendras laminadas
40 g de harina de avena integral
Sirope de agave (más o menos según dulzor que se quiera conseguir)
2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
cazuela resistente al horno
Preparación: 
Precalentamos el horno a 180º. 
Mientras, lavamos bien los melocotones, los pelamos y cortamos a rodajas finas tipo carpaccio. Los mezclamos bien con la cucharada del aceite de coco. 
Para preparar la costra, removemos bien en un bol los copos de avena, las almendras, la harina, el sirope y el aceite de oliva hasta conseguir que todos los ingredientes estén bien mezclados. 
En la cazuela que hayamos elegido, colocamos la base de melocotón y extendemos la costra por encima. Horneamos entre 5 y 10, hasta que veamos que empieza a dorarse y vigilando que no se queme. ¡Al rico crumble de melocotón!

Rigid exercise is definitely not a thaaang in my life right now (eating on the other hand...) But I love being active so you'll probably find me swimming, stuffing my face or hiking. Crema de quinoa con frutos secos
 En esta receta os explico cómo se prepara con la quinoa, aunque también se puede hacer con arroz, trigo sarraceno, etc.  Simplemente hay que modificar la cantidad de agua y los tiempos teniendo en cuenta el cereal que vamos a preparar. 
Un desayuno vegano perfecto antes de hacer deporte.
Ingredientes: 
1 vaso de quinoa
2 vasos de agua
rama de canela
corteza de limón
frutos secos al gusto (nueces, almendras, avellanas…), siempre naturales, nunca fritos
semillas de chía y pipas de calabaza
Fruta cortada y deshidrata o fresca, según gustos
Para endulzar, se puede utilizar arándanos, pasas o sirope de agave. 
Preparación: 
Comenzamos lavando muy bien la quinoa con un colador fino. Mientras, ponemos a calentar el agua. Una vez que la quinoa está limpia, la incorporamos al agua caliente junto al vaso de leche vegetal, la rama de canela, la corteza de limón y los arándanos/pasas si es que los queremos añadir. Dejamos a fuego lento durante 20 minutos aproximadamente. 
Mientras, lavamos y cortamos la fruta y bien la deshidratamos en el horno que habremos calentado previamente a 180º o la tomamos fresca junto al cereal. 
Una vez que la quinoa está lista, dejamos enfriar y servimos junto a los frutos secos, semillas y fruta. ¡A hacer deporte lleno de energía!
