Tip Tuesday from my little bandage & I because I need to talk about the one thing we 𝘈𝘓𝘓 need to stop....
THE ‘ALL OR NOTHING’ MENTALITY.
Two of the best examples of this:
-One bad meal doesn’t mean you fly off the rails all damn day and gorge yourself. Enjoy your treat and go back to the foods that fuel you.
-Modifying a workout is STILL moving, so stop using a limitation or that you’re so ‘out of shape’ as an excuse to not move your body at all (there are enough modifications to ANY workout).
I know I’m modifying TF out of my workouts until these stitches heal because I don’t want to do any more damage, but know how good I feel after moving my body!
The compound effect is 𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐋. So doing the healthy habits for your body 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 of the time is going to change it in a positive way. & remember, letting your excuses and the unhealthy habits take the reigns can change it in the opposite direction too.
