BURN ALL UNNECESSARY FAT ALL 2020
I've been discipling myself with eating and workouts. Cut out ALL carbs and starches for the time being. I wanted to lose all extra fat in my stomach and tone it up.
CARDIO, CORE AND HIIT workouts need to be your best friend! Eating consist of: intermittent fasting for the morning(tea in the morning and usually a citrus fruit) salmon or chicken salad for lunch with tomatoes, 1 egg (I hate eggs but I have to get over that for the time being.) And dinner consistent of quinoa, greens and fish. I drink green tea with a slash of apple cider vinegar twice a day and WATER, WATER, WATER but not too much water! I cut out A LOT for this diet and my diet is still going.
Workouts I do
2 sets of this circuit below!
4 sets of 30 second sprints (20 second rest between each)
Treadmill: 5 mins
Bicycle machine: 5 mins
Back on treadmill: 8 mins
Rest for 1 MINUTE
SOME CORE WORKOUTS
Russian twists: 3 sets of 15
Weighted Wood Chop: 3 sets of 15
Oblique pulls: 3 sets of 20
Rest and go home lmao!
Military planks: 2 sets of 30 seconds
Plank and side reach: 3 sets of 15
Plank Jacks: 2 sets of 30 seconds
REST for 1 MINUTE
