BODY PROGRESS: 
Week 1, Week 3, Week 5
It might not be a big difference to you but it definitely is to me!
BURN ALL UNNECESSARY FAT ALL 2020
I've been discipling myself with eating and workouts. Cut out ALL carbs and starches for the time being. I wanted to lose all extra fat in my stomach and tone it up. 
CARDIO, CORE AND HIIT workouts need to be your best friend! Eating consist of: intermittent fasting for the morning(tea in the morning and usually a citrus fruit) salmon or chicken salad for lunch with tomatoes, 1 egg (I hate eggs but I have to get over that for the time being.) And dinner consistent of quinoa, greens and fish. I drink green tea with a slash of apple cider vinegar twice a day and WATER, WATER, WATER but not too much water! I cut out A LOT for this diet and my diet is still going. 
Workouts I do
2 sets of this circuit below!

4 sets of 30 second sprints (20 second rest between each)
Treadmill: 5 mins
Bicycle machine: 5 mins 
Back on treadmill: 8 mins
Rest for 1 MINUTE

Russian twists: 3 sets of 15 
Weighted Wood Chop: 3 sets of 15 
Oblique pulls: 3 sets of 20 
Rest and go home lmao! 
Military planks: 2 sets of 30 seconds 
Plank and side reach: 3 sets of 15
Plank Jacks: 2 sets of 30 seconds
REST for 1 MINUTE

Did I love and appreciate where my body was at last year? Hell yes! It lost a significant amount of weight and allowed me to gain so much strength physically and mentally. Do I love my body today? Weighing more than I did last year. YES i weigh more! I know now that my worth does not come from my weight or some number on my clothes. I don’t continue to workout, eat healthy foods for cosmetic reasons anymore. There’s so much more to health + fitness for me. Why would you wait until January to give yourself the gift of health? 💎 diamonds are a distraction 💎

The blessings you have in your life will not always show up as a sparkling diamond in plain sight.

In fact , if there is one thing I have learnt in the last few years is that the DIAMONDS are the DISTRACTIONS, because it is easy to give attention to something sparkling ✨outside of you instead of INSIDE YOURSELF .

The most difficult part of being in a personal development incubator is learning to process experiences as neither good nor bad yet equal opportunities to grow and evolve .

These experiences are what create the true FILTERS on our life lenses and as a servant leader I am truly thankful , and humbly grateful for climbing out from a place of nothing to understand what true abundance is .

This could have looked like darkness and sadness yet instead I see a beautiful light that allows me to understand empathy deeper than I knew possible.

I look forward to 2020 planning my next ventures with 20/20 vision and I know there are so many of you out there with a growth mindset , looking for other people who are ready to STOP playing small .

I am here to play big and be in the INFINITE game with you , 🚀 I cannot wait to meet you and build this rocket ship together .
