Quante nuove “LEVE” possono ambire ad avere una passione così ampia per uno sport che li porta ad amarlo?
Quanti ragazzi hanno la dedizione e la voglia di buttarsi a capo fitto nel percorso che li porterà FORSE ad arrivare ad essere una star?
Quanti avranno la volontà di affrontare le difficoltà e non mollare?

Chi è disposto a donare tutto se stesso ad uno sport che magari non lo poterà mai a diventare un campione?

Chi va al campo con la gioia di giocare e non per compiacere mamma o papà?

Ricordiamoci che sara LUI (lo sport) a scegliere noi. Noi possiamo solo lavorare sodo per arrivare a veri risultati .

Rest is also part of a workout plan.
Exercise creates microscopic tears in your muscle tissue. But during rest, cells called fibroblasts repair it. This helps the tissue heal and grow, resulting in stronger muscles. Most of the people just don't get it and overtrain !

Over the next couple of weeks we are focusing on workouts you can do at home or on the road.  I did this workout at my hotel gym.  I was lucky they had a lot of equipment.  I used dumbbells, my bodiweight and the cables.  If there are no cables available, you can use a band. Bri will demonstrate it in our stories later! I did 3 sets of 8-12 reps, increasing the weight on each set. ◾️Shoulder Press
◾️Lateral Raise
◾️T Pushup
◾️Seated Front Raise
◾️Seated Single Arm Rear Delt Raise
◾️High Rope Pulls
◾️Updown Plank with Shoulder Tap

Sometimes, know matter how important your goals are to you, it's a struggle to bring your best effort to the gym (or work up the motivation to make it happen at all). but whether you're trying to lose weight, train for a race, keep your stress in check or any of the other worthwhile reasons to make fitness a part of your life, staying consistent is key even when you really, really, really don't feel like it.

Don't wait until you've reached your goal to be proud of yourself. Be proud of every step you take toward reaching that goal.

A little mindfulness workout for you.

After a client last night, my intuition told me to nip down the road to watch the sunset.

I managed to sit for a whole hour looking at the last moments of the sun, the water touching my toes as the waves crept in and out. No distractions, no fear, no worries sitting on my shoulder or the loud chatter of the mind building up.

As the waves, there will always be challenges that come your way and pass but YOUR inner you will always be there. Are you nourishing that inner YOU?

These moments of complete stillness in the mind are so precious to our wellbeing. How do you react to the challenges that come up? From a place of panic or a place of calmness.

There's always a mindful workout to be had in your everyday right in front of you. It's just a matter of opening your eyes to the moment 🙏
