It was a rough start to the week working towards my goals. Watching the scale go up as my body was getting back in the swing of things started to bother me. I knew it would go back down, and I knew the reason why it was going up, but I couldn’t help but to start worrying about it😣 I knew staying consistent was key, and it definitely paid off! Hit my lowest weight yesterday and continued to go down today! I expect it to up a bit tomorrow because I didn’t have the biggest appetite yesterday and didn’t eat too much.
Today I focused on back/bis. It was suppose to be a leg day but I’m been really enjoying working arms lately💪🏼
