First workout of the week is done.💪 Was feeling a little sick today so took it easy at the gym but still got in a great leg day. You know it was good when you feel sore only a couple hours later.😅 Walking lunges and squats were the name of the game. 🏋️‍♀️

If there is one thing I have learned in life it is this; nothing is permanent. .
Anything can go and our day to day lives can be totally altered with no warning. Predictability isn’t one of life’s promises unfortunately and that can be really scary. The unknown can feel dangerous and unsafe. I am constantly battling my fears through it. Give me any scenario and I can come up with a million and ten different outcomes for it because not knowing what is truly going to happen always makes feel the need to prepare for the worst and be grateful for the best. The uncertainty life has proven to me time and time again has led to me to see how no matter what plan I may have, the world can go an alternate route. .
That doesn’t mean though we don’t have control on what we do with what is handed to us. There is a lot of anxiety in the unknown but I have learned there is also a lot of beauty in it. At the end of the day, what we are not happy with, we can change. What we create out of our lives can be entirely up to us. That change may not go exactly how we plan (very rarely will it) but what we do to carry on with it is what will become of the result. Nothing in your life is permanent. .
•You have the power to make your health better.
•You have the power to create happiness within you.
•You have the power to work hard for success and opportunity
•You have the power to turn a broken heart into time of personal growth
.
Life will get in the way, outside noise will cause discouragement and surprise battles will make things difficult. These barriers, curveballs and roadblocks don’t have to be your fate. Create your own reality and fight your way through it. You will thank yourself later. 💕

Y la respuesta es sí dependiendo del objetivo.
En lo que nos va a favorecer y es seguro es que cuando entrenamos piernas estimulamos la producción de H.C ( Hormona de Crecimiento) natural en nuestro organismo, la cual ayudará a crear canales para maximizar ⬆️el entrenamiento de espalda.
Así que si 👍 es una buena opción utilizar estos dos grandes músculos juntos en una sesión de entrenamiento para aprovechar al máximo este beneficio 💪🏻.

TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY!

Sorry that the second photos a little dark but you still get the idea 😅

I have been SO uncomfortable with my photo being taken for years, mortified at the idea of how many chins will show up, or where my rolls of fat would sit. 
I had my work Christmas party on the weekend and I still had that fierce anxiety - until I saw some of the photos other people took AND I DIDN’T HATE MYSELF. 
One of the best feelings to date, to have that glimmer of confidence and be proud of what you see. 
Stay strong! It slowly starts to pay off 🤩🥳😍
